Do you have an “up-and-comer” on your Home Building or Remodeling Team? Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler magazines are teaming up to launch the first annual “40 Under 40 in Residential Construction” awards program, honoring “hotshots” in home building and remodeling markets.

“40 Under 40” nominees may come from the following fields related to home building and remodeling:

• Trade contracting/subcontracting
• Architecture
• Interior design
• Engineering (M/E/P, structural, etc.)
• Banking/lending/appraisal

If you’re under the age of 40 (as of April 1, 2011) and believe you qualify, feel free to nominate yourself. Nominations will be judged by the editors of Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler magazines, whose decision is final.
