Clayton building group, a division of Clayton Homes, has introduced a line of luxury tiny homes designed by Birmingham, Ala., architect Jeffrey Dungan. The series consists of five models: Low Country; Adirondack; Saltbox; Marseille; and Cloudbreak. The 396-square-foot Low Country starts at $96,000. Dungan carefully considered every square inch of space to accommodate high-end amenities. “I wanted the quality of the Faberge egg with details and wonderful materials,” he says.
