Through a survey of interior design experts, Zillow named the top trends for home design in 2017. Built-in bars are hot, as are marble surfaces (particularly for countertops, flooring, and tabletops) and jewel colors such as emerald green and sapphire blue.
The color gray, however, is out.
From wall colors to couches, shades of gray have been a safe, go-to choice for homeowners and interior designer alike.
