Construction and building are jobs that have existed for millennia, but with the advent of contour crafting and 3-D technology, it’s not illogical that these jobs may vanish.

 

Futurist speaker and writer Thomas Frey analyzes current trends and technological advancements to predict what jobs are in danger of being obsolete by 2030. When it comes to homebuilding, maintenance, and housing-related professions, the list includes carpenters, concrete workers, home remodeling, city planners, homeowner insurance agents, real estate agents, lumberjacks and painters.
