The Twin Cities represent the emerging trends real estate will experience nationwide for the remainder of 2015, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute found.
Among the trends include a growing urban core with housing to accommodate it, as downtowns all over the nation are expected to continue to build more apartments, shops, restaurants, and offices on city blocks that allow residents to walk and cycle from one place to the other seamlessly.
However, some trends may be obstacles to the real estate industry, such as labor shortage in construction restricting housing market growth.
