Standard Pacific Homes introduces luxury designs in Blackstone community

Standard Pacific Homes announced the grand opening of the luxury community of Avignon at Blackstone. It's an upscale collection of single-family, estate-style homes situated in the master-planned community of Blackstone in the hills of Brea, Calif.

The homes within Avignon are designed to meet the tastes and preferences of discerning move-up buyers. Design details include spa-like master suites with separate his and her showers, in-home pet suites, gourmet kitchens, and outdoor living areas.

Home shoppers will have the choice of three home designs. The design details represent features of today's casual, connected lifestyle while offering plenty of private space. One of the great room centered floor plans is highlighted by approximately 40 feet of panoramic glass doors that retract to create a vanishing corner which allows homeowners to indulge in an indoor/outdoor California lifestyle. Gourmet kitchens are equipped with oversized center islands, separate prep kitchens, and oversized walk-in pantries.

The master suite provides spacious bedrooms and outdoor balconies. The spa-like master-bath includes upgraded floor to ceiling porcelain walls and his and her separate showers.

Standard Pacific Homes is introducing the first-ever in-home pet suite, complete with puppy washing and drying stations, a cozy bed, a separate washer and dryer, and customized cabinetry.

Ranging from 4,570 to 5,485 square feet, the homes at Avignon at Blackstone offer up to six bedrooms and six and one-half baths. The community offers a choice of historically-rooted exterior styles including Italian, Tuscan, and Spanish elevations that work together to create a beautiful street scene.
