Denver-area homebuyers can now experience the beautiful views, luxury amenities, and thoughtfully designed floor plans that await at the master-planned golf community of Taylor Morrison’s Castle Pines Village during the grand opening April 26 and 27.

Only 52 homesites will be available at the gated Castle Pines Village, where almost a dozen homes have already been sold. The mix of six signature floor plans offered at the community ranges from approximately 2,657 square feet to approximately 3,627 square feet and starts in the $600,000s.

Home to two top-ranked golf courses, Castle Pines Village offers an abundant selection of amenities including a fitness club with lap pool and hot tub, group exercise rooms, a cardio room, free weights, and locker rooms.

The clubhouse, also open to residents, includes an Olympic-size swimming pool, kiddie pool, four state-of-the-art tennis courts, a 60-yard playing field, a sand volleyball court, and a playground area. Residents can also enjoy use of the nearly 11-mile trail system that winds throughout the community.

“Homebuyers will not only appreciate the wide variety of amenities offered at Castle Pines Village, but they’re sure to find a floor plan that will adhere perfectly to their lifestyle among the six signature floor plans we’re offering,” said Brian Cartwright, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Denver division. “It’s a community residents will love coming home to.”

The popular ranch-style Breckenridge offers approximately 2,895 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a 3-car garage, starting in the $610,000s. Homebuyers will fall in love with the curved staircase leading to the basement, formal dining room, open kitchen, and luxurious master suite.

The two-story Keystone features approximately 3,505 square feet of space friends and family can stretch out in, an elegant formal dining room, walk-in pantry, three bedrooms plus loft, and a beautiful master bedroom. This home starts in the $640,000s.

Other floor plans offered at Castle Pines Village are the Telluride, the Steamboat, the Crested Butte, and the Vail.

School-age children will attend schools in the Douglas County School District Re. 1, the third-largest school district in Colorado, including the nearby Buffalo Ridge Elementary, Rocky Heights Middle School, and Rock Canyon High School.
