Gilbert, Ariz. – Nestled against the San Tan Mountains, the Valley’s newest sanctuary — and the largest community ever by Taylor Morrison — opened to home buyers on September 18.
Adora Trails is the latest development by the private home builder and is comprised of nearly 1,900 home sites strategically placed within a community that features a dozen miles of walking trails, on-site elementary school, 4,000-square-foot clubhouse anchored with a 10-acre park and a four-acre fishing lake in the heart of the community.
With prices starting in the $140,000s, some of Taylor Morrison’s most popular home designs, ranging from 1,328 to 3,543 square feet, are featured in the community, which is located just minutes from three Valley freeways: Loop 101, Loop 202 and the U.S. 60.
“Adora Trails is much more than a new Taylor Morrison community, it’s a way of life — a lifestyle that Valley buyers have been craving,” said Pierrette Tierney, vice president of Taylor Morrison’s Arizona division. “With shopping close by and amenities that most other communities don’t possess, Adora Trails allows families to live a rich and connected life without leaving their neighborhood.”
Taylor Morrison’s best-selling floor plans from around the Valley were hand-selected for Adora Trails, such as the four-bedroom, two-bath Aster (from $152,990) and the Lily (from $159,990), which offer spacious living for young families, while the five-bedroom Turquoise (from $229,990) offers established families more than 3,500 square feet of living space, with a great room, den and expansive loft.
“Every one of our floor plans at Adora Trails answers a need for the Arizona home buyer,” Tierney said.
