U.S. home prices rise at slow pace

The Associated Press reports that April U.S. home prices rose at 10.8 percent from 12 months earlier, the slowest pace since March 2013. The Case-Shiller report cited notes that of the 20 cities in the index, annual price gains slowed in 19.
