All About IBS Exhibits

There’s nothing quite like the NAHB International Builders’ Show, but ask anyone why they attend IBS and the most likely answer you’ll hear is: “for the exhibits”

More than 900 exhibitors will showcase their products and services across nearly 500,000 square feet of exhibit space at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), Feb. 8-10, 2022, in Orlando.

And, along with the co-located National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the two shows bring more than 1,200 exhibiting manufacturers and over 870,000 net square feet of exhibit space together for the 8th annual Design & Construction Week (DCW).

The combined mega event — the largest annual gathering of the residential construction and design industry — features miles of exhibits, with new products, industry experts, and innumerable networking opportunities. From trucks to trusses, software to security systems, and everything in between, if it’s used in residential construction, you will find it here.

The energy around the 2020 show, held before the beginning of the pandemic, was palpable as attendees explored the latest products and trends, and the excitement for IBS 2022 is even greater, as many in the industry gather for the first time in two years.

In addition to the primary show floors in the OCCC’s West Concourse and South Concourse, you’ll find several specialty and niche exhibition areas at IBS, including the Professional Builder Show Village, where you can tour demonstration homes and experience interactive programming. And be sure to visit the outdoor IBS exhibits to get some time in the sun and see more great products and services.

New to IBS in 2022

This year’s live event also will showcase exciting new features you won’t want to miss, including three new specialty zones that highlight innovative new products and ideas:

IBS exhibitsStart-Up Zone: Featuring the most innovative start-ups in the residential construction and development industry, this zone gives attendees a glimpse into the future and will forever change the way they do business.

New Product Zone: Presenting the latest products and cutting-edge market solutions.

Home Tech Zone: Spotlighting a variety of interactive demos and experiences that explore the most in-demand home technology products and the infrastructure and back-end requirements for preparing and installing them.

Being a leader in the industry means staying on the cutting edge of what’s new in home technology and automation. IBS 2022 will feature nextBUILD, showcasing the latest home and business technologies, right on the show floor. Bringing you the technology and knowledge to build a more efficient and profitable business, and to manage your customers’ needs and wants in their high-tech homes, nextBUILD features even more new exhibitors that will help keep your company thriving.

The Building Zone and Jobsite Safety Zone will also return to the show floor and feature informational sessions led by building science experts showcasing the latest innovative techniques for improving home efficiency and cutting-edge workplace safety solutions.

From instructional demonstrations to dynamic discussions and opportunities to connect with the industry’s top companies, IBS 2022 can help you to build your business.
