The National Association of Home Builders says staying aware of homebuying trends is important for creating effective marketing strategies. The pandemic has accelerated and created new buying trends, meaning builders should reevaluate if their marketing campaigns are aligned with today’s buyer. Builders have until June 30 to access the educational sessions from IBSx, including several informative marketing sessions. NAHB rounded up five of their top IBSx marketing sessions for builders:
