BioCasa_82 in Treviso, Italy, is a home constructed of 99 percent recyclable materials, and is 100 percent powered by energy-efficient technologies. The home is being built to LEED Platinum standards, and its carbon footprint is being monitored. The house discharges 60 percent fewer emissions compared with regular buildings.
