Boston has launched a program that will construct energy-positive homes that are so efficient that they produce more energy than they consume.

Boston has launched a program that will construct energy-positive homes that are so efficient that they produce more energy than they consume. To be priced for less than $400,000, these homes will be built using straightforward designs and materials that won’t break the bank, officials say.
