AHV Communities is selling the American Dream but rather than owning a home it’s providing renting opportunities in neighborhoods with single-family detached housing amid luxury apartment amenities like the community pool, gym, and dog washing station.

This video report also mentions that many residents of AHV’s Pradera community in San Antonio, Texas are households with six-figure incomes.
