The Hernando County (Florida) Housing Authority will propose a new program to provide no-interest loans to homeowners who might otherwise land in foreclosure. In some cases, the mortgage holder would force the homeowner into a more expensive insurance policy for a house with an old roof that could lead some people into a risk of foreclosure.
