Forecast: U.S. home prices will peak in 2016

A Wall Street Journal blog reports that, according to the S&P/Case-Shiller home price index, homes in the U.S. are currently overvalued by 9.7 percent relative to household incomes. Analysts say home prices will continue to rise until 2016.
