As a founding member of Maronda’s online sales and marketing team in 2013, Mark Hirschfeld developed a digital marketing strategy that improved market-qualified leads by more than 200%, sales-qualified leads by 48%, and increased customer engagement and web traffic by 40%; he grew a diverse online team from three to more than 30 people, which is responsible for 65% of all new-home sales through digital marketing initiatives; led the development of the new immersive Maronda Homes website in 2021; launched the Maronda Homes 50th anniversary marketing campaign; as a member of the executive committee of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, organized a new Festival of Homes event with an expanded digital experience.
