Market Realist releases projection figures and provides critical predictor analysis for future home builder sales.

Housing data released jointly by the Census Bureau, the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the NAR show that housing starts are back above 1 million, building permits are nearing post-recession highs, existing home sales rise despite tight inventory, home prices are within 13 percent of the 2006 peak and median new home prices are falling.
