Owners who recently completed a new kitchen project say that they eat more meals at home and consume more fruits and vegetables.
Proud Green Home examined the 2017 U.S. Houzz Kitchen Trends Survey. A third of respondents who updated their kitchens said that they live a healthier lifestyle after the renovations.
The report also found design preferences for Millennials and Baby Boomers. Millennials like modern or farmhouse kitchens, pantry cabinets, islands, gray walls, and white countertops. Boomers enjoy traditional kitchens and custom cabinetry.
