The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is reviewing electrical standards for the construction industry to make sure proper safeguards are in place as electrical wiring is being installed and maintained. The agency recently issued an information collection request so it can review safety procedures across the industry. It says the goal is to alert workers to potential electrical hazards.
The public has 60 days to comment.
