Luxury and sustainability can coexist, and the Park Passive House in Seattle’s Madison Park neighborhood is proof. Freshome.com gives readers an inside look at the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home of just 2,000 square feet, occupying a compact urban infill lot. The home was designed by Marie Llubojevic and Lauren McCunney of NK Architects and built by Sloan Ritchie of Cascade Built.
