Post-Recession homeownership is worse for the middle-aged, not Millennials

Trulia’s chief economist Jed Kolko finds that the latest Census data shows homeownership among young adults started rising in 2013, and when adjusted for longer-term demographic shifts, the rate is now at pre-bubble levels; it is middle-aged homeownership that is lagging.
