Smart Home Gadgets by Nest Get Upgrades

The Google-owned company Nest announced this week that its entire line of smart home gadgets is getting upgraded, Fast Company reports.

Its security camera, renamed Nest Cam from Dropcam, will have improved night-vision and motion-detection, recording in 1080p HD video.

For the Nest Protect, the company’s smoke/CEO detector, users will get a smaller, curvier design with better detection of both slow and fast fires.
