Personal finance site WalletHub.com updated its list of the best places in the United States for retirement. The criteria included overall cost of living, tax rates, inheritance and real estate taxes, and the costs of in-home and day care for seniors.
Cities in the southeast and in the south such as San Antonio, Texas and Tampa, Florida made the list, while Laredo, Texas and Cheyenne, Montana took the top two spots.
