Kiln-dried Cypress Wood & Lumber decking is durable, smooth to the touch, and more stable than pine. The company dries cypress down to a moisture content of 10-to-12 percent in a kiln, so the shrinkage occurs before the wood is processed into a finished product. This decking has rounded edges unless otherwise specified, and is available in 3-, 5-, and 7-inch widths and thicknesses of 7/8, 1 1/4, and 1 1/2 inches.
