Now, more than one-third of prospective buyers want to purchase a new home over an existing one because of new health-focused features, according to D Magazine. The same survey revealed that younger generations, Millennials and Gen X, have a strong interest in the same features. Basically, homebuyers want exceptional air quality, clean water, and antibacterial surfaces—and home builders, such as Taylor Morrison, are starting to incorporate these features in all their new homes.
