KB Home announced its launch of an AI chatbot platform aimed at answering home shopper questions, offering personalized information, and assistance throughout the homebuying process. Homebuyers now want fast, real-time answers to their questions, along with easy ways to access information, which is why the company opted for this addition. KB Homes also found that half to three-quarters of customers shop online outside of normal business hours. Many prospective homebuyers appreciate gaining general information without the assistance of a live person early on in their homebuying journey.
