Leslie Nicholson is the co-founder and director of finance at Minneapolis-based Quartersawn Design Build.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota with over two decades of leadership experience in the design-build industry, she has helped shape the systems, culture, and homeowner journey that defines the firm's boutique approach to remodeling. More than just beautiful finishes, remodeling to Leslie is about building relationships, honoring stories, and creating homes that feel deeply personal.

Leslie is passionate about the homeowner experience, believing that joy should be the lasting impression of every remodeling project.

While many propose solutions to America’s housing affordability crisis, Bree Jones is putting ideas into action. The founder of Baltimore-based equitable development company Parity Homes, Jones has dedicated her work to rebuilding Baltimore neighborhoods by helping longtime residents purchase and restore abandoned homes in historically vacant areas.
