This project takes advantage of its hilltop setting, overlooking a vast estate. The historical gates, fountains, and a stream that winds through the property were preserved, as was a massive heritage tree in the courtyard. Each unit includes elements found in upscale homes for move-down buyers: a spacious open kitchen, large dining room, wine room, beamed ceiling, and library. The rooms enhance the garden atmosphere by flowing toward the main terrace, other smaller terraces, and private gardens. Basement parking has private garages for every home; four elevators serve a maximum of two homes per floor.
