The Catalonia has Spanish Colonial Revival exterior inspired by the work of famed architect Addison Mizner. "Its simplicity stands out against many new homes that have layer sof faux stucco trim, wainscoting, and cornices painted in every color of sherbet you can imagine," says Jay Kallos, vice president of architecture for Ashton Woods.

All of the homes in Marsh Cove have water or golf-course views from every room, while the courtyard affords residents complete privacy. The two-story Catalonia's elevator allows the lifestyle of a ranch but with more light and space.

"The U-shaped plan allows every room to have views into the private courtyard," Kallos says.
