The Ohio Supreme Court will hear a case that could have a major impact on distributed generation in the state. The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) upheld that net-metering customers are entitled to the full value of the power they send to the grid from renewable energy and other distributed generation sources. But Ohio utilities are trying to reduce the amounts customers get for that electricity.
