The share of women in residential construction is continuing to grow but it still makes up just a small percentage of the industry at just over 11%, according to NAHB data. Our goal with our upcoming Women in Residential Construction Conference is to continue highlighting this disparity and lift up the voices of women leaders across building, remodeling, and design.
