Baby boomers unlikely to downsize, report shows

As baby boomers age, they are less likely to downsize from single-family homes to apartments or condos, according to Trulia. The report indicates that today’s adults between the ages of 70 and 74 are the least likely to live in multi-unit buildings, followed closely by the baby boomer generation.
