Beveled Siding | Boral

February 9, 2017
This article first appeared in the February 2017 issue of Pro Builder.

Boral‘s TruExterior 8-inch and 10-inch Bevel Siding has deep shadow lines and a true taper that mimics wood. Made of a blend of polymers and ash, TruExterior offers stability with reduced expansion and contraction and resists warping, cracking, and splitting. It doesn’t require sealing of ends or cuts in the field, can be painted any color, and is suitable for ground-contact applications. A 6-inch width is also available. TruExterior is made using LP’s SmartGuard process, which adds strength to the substrate and helps it resist moisture, fungal decay, and termite damage.
