Bottom-End Homeowners Are (Finally) in a Position to Sell

According to My Property Report, U.S. homeowners at the bottom third of their markets are finally in a position to sell.

This is based on the latest Zillow index data, as owners of the country’s lowest valued homes emerged from 2014 with home values up 6.8 percent year-over-year. The median value for these homes is currently at $101,400.
