Laws regarding cannabis can be hazy. If pot is legal where you build (or soon will be), these tips from Health Street's Jared Rosenthal will help keep your risk to a minimum.

“There's 33 states that have passed some sort of medical marijuana legislation and 11 states are defining it as legal for recreational use,” says Rosenthal. “It's pretty widespread, it’s changing very rapidly and it's moving obviously in one very clear direction with one huge exception, which is the federal government, which has no indication that they're going to change anytime soon.”
