New York City orders house built in 2005 vacated after floor collapses
New York City issued a full vacate order for a three-story Queens house constructed in 2005 after the third floor collapsed. The cause of the collapse, which happened during a party, is under investigation by the city’s Department of Buildings. A dozen people were injured, one seriously, when the floor fell.
