New Jersey’s attorney general’s office and the state Division of Consumer Affairs filed a lawsuit against two men who either owned or co-owned several home improvement companies. The suit accuses the companies of performing shoddy and substandard work, leaving customers with dangerous or unsafe conditions, including potential fire hazards.
