Champion Homes and iUnit Communities Partner to Create Energy-Efficient Housing

In an effort to expand on its sustainability efforts, Champion Homes recently partnered with iUnit Communities to build Innovation Cottages, two energy-efficient homes built through off-site construction techniques. The two ENERGY STAR Certified floor plans each offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans, with the first spanning 1,200 square feet and the second spanning 1,387 square feet. Both houses will be placed on the market in early 2026.
