There’s a way to use high-quality materials to elevate a space without splurging too much. Houzz contributor and Toronto-based designer Yanic Simard shows us how.
“I’m a big fan of buying just a little bit of a high-end material and using it in a way that maximizes impact,” Simard writes.
He suggests going for a tile feature wall in the bath instead of covering every inch from top to bottom, as well as skipping marble countertops and opting for marble accessories, such as a marble cutting board in the kitchen, instead.
