While many in the industry attempt to reach out to high school students through school visits and other means with little success, ConstructReach says it offers a unique perspective that allows it to make a greater impact on youth.
“That’s one of the unique things about ConstructReach,” says CEO Paul Robinson. “We understand the perspective that a lot of young people have in terms of the industry and sometimes it’s a limited perspective as to the different career pathways that one can take, but also sometimes there’s a negative connotation that’s out there already.”
