Want to retire somewhere warm? You are in luck as balmy cities such as Honolulu and Cape Coral Fla., populate Realtor’s top 10 list of the easiest cities to move to in 2020. Realtor.com analyzed the number of homes for sale relative to the local population and came up with the top cities where the homebuying process would be a breezeand where it would give anyone a headache. Though inventory continues to be tight nationwide, potential homebuyers can hedge their bets on an easier process if they head to a Southern city with a robust economy. Find out if your city made the list.
