The International Builders’ Show can be a little hectic, and with IBS changing locations in 2026, we wanted to literally draw a map of Pro Builder Show Village to help ensure you 1. find us; and 2. enjoy the best experience possible.
Located just outside the back of the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, Show Village offers a wealth of exciting activities that demonstrate how "Great Products Build Great Homes."
Model Homes, Demos, Networking, and More
With a handful of model homes to tour, live product demonstrations, and networking opportunities, Show Village is a great place to get outside to see and learn new things and meet up with colleagues and other industry professionals in the fresh air of a mild Orlando winter.
Show Villagers can self-tour a trio of model homes from Cavco, one from Champion Homes, and a fully outfitted tent—yes, a tent—from Bushtec Safari, all representing the latest in well-designed and attainable off-site housing solutions.
You can also witness product demonstrations at the ProTradeCraft Construction Training Stage, powered by Pro Remodeler, test new products firsthand, and participate in fun skills challenges for prizes, among other activities, games, and after-hours block parties. Or, just enjoy lunch from a food truck outside the Village gates and kick your feet up for a minute!
