Fed Survey Reveals Residential Mortgage Lending Standards

survey by the Federal Reserve Board asked senior bank loan officers about changes in the standards and demand for bank loans to households, the NAHB reports.

The period in question was over the fourth quarter of 2014. The survey queried senior bank officers who reported that lending standards for GSE-eligible residential mortgages eased the most during this time period.
