MarketWatch ranks U.S. cities with plenty of healthcare facilities, 5K-run opportunities, farmers markets, and outdoor trails to help keep retired citizens healthy.

Seattle tops the list for its outdoor activities and relatively affordable home health care. Also on the list are Portland, Ore., Hartford, Conn., Omaha, Neb., and Pittsburgh.
