At 3,300 square feet, the HGTV Smart Home in Scottsdale, Ariz., has plenty of room for cool new gadgets.
According to Phoenix’s NBC 12 News, the new home has an array of smart features, including in-ceiling speakers, a security system that monitors break ins and pipe bursts, a smart lighting system with 13 skylights, and a tankless water heater with a residential power generator.
The three-bedroom abode also has a wet bar, plunge pool, and Wi-Fi connected smart grill.
Designer Tiffany Brooks says she took her cues for the house from the desert landscape -- using natural materials like stone, wood, leather and glass, as well as incorporating antique tribal pieces and work from local artists.
