Home Builders and Sellers Still Underperforming

There’s pent-up demand for homes and rates are still low, but according to MSN Money, activity is still below expectations.

Housing starts are still far below historical norms, and homeowners are having a hard time becoming sellers because, despite equity gains, many still aren't willing to list at current prices.

The homeownership rate is at the lowest level in 25 years, and it continues to drop each quarter.
