Launching at IBS 2022, the Prep Table from Danver Stainless Outdoor Kitchens is equipped with under-table storage and optional hidden induction cooking capabilities. Designed by architect, designer, and Danver creative director Daniel Germani, the Table can function as a kitchen island or workspace in outdoor kitchen areas. New Zip System Sheathing Tape From Huber Engineered Woods

Rounding out Huber Engineered Woods’ portfolio of straight and stretch tapes and fluid-applied flashing solutions is its Zip System Vapor Permeable (VP) Tape, which offers added permeability over standard flashing tape, the company says. The high-performing professional tape is used in panel seam sealing and flashing applications—key components of Zip System wall assemblies that use Zip System integrated sheathing. VP tape's higher perm rating is ideal for teams seeking a specific permeability in their designs or in specific environments. LP SmartSide Trim & Siding’s exterior building solutions now include SmartSide Outside Corners to take curb appeal to the next level, the company says. SmartSide Outside Corners create a sleek, polished corner look while also helping to eliminate the need to build corners during construction, boosting jobsite efficiency. This latest accent offering in the LP SmartSide line is available in cedar texture for a deep cedar-grain aesthetic, is pre-primed for better paint adhesion, and comes in 16 ExpertFinish colors. Click for more info

Huber Engineered Woods' AdvanTech Premium Subflooring

As the latest innovation from Huber Engineered Woods’ subflooring brand, AdvanTech X-Factor is a new class of premium subflooring with a fade-resistant, water-shedding surface on a high-performance engineered wood panel. With a built-in protective top layer, the manufacturer says it takes the moisture-resistance home builders expect from an AdvanTech panel to the next level and pairs it with AdvanTech subfloor adhesive for a Squeak-Free Guarantee. Louisiana-Pacific Legacy Subfloor Adhesive

LP Legacy Premium Sub-Floor Adhesive is the newest addition to the LP Structural Solutions portfolio. The adhesive expands to create a tight seal in small gaps between subfloor panels, and one 29-ounce can of adhesive provides up to 12 times the coverage of a typical tube of conventional subfloor adhesive, the manufacturer says. The 100% solvent-free building solution is VOC-compliant, is backed by a squeak-free lifetime limited warranty when used in LP Legacy Premium Sub-Flooring assemblies, and meets the toughest construction adhesive standard, the manufacturer says. Click for more info

Trex Fastener Installation Tool for Composite Decking

The Universal Fastener Installation Tool from Trex is an innovative handheld tool the company says will reduce installation time for composite decking by up to 50%. Utilizing a nose cone to ensure the bit hits the fastener head, along with a unique drive angle, the lightweight tool allows the installer to fully actuate and tighten the fastener in one step and easily slide the next board into place. New Ice Machine Model From True Residential

True Residentials new and improved 15-inch Clear Ice Machine is the latest model revision to grace the brand’s line of luxury home refrigeration. The unit includes a range of feature updates, including an articulating, soft-close hinge, magnetic scoop that affixes to the inside of the door, and a touch-sensitive capacitive interface. This year at IBS, James Hardie’s Architectural Collection will make its national debut. The cladding, which features an integrated solution of textured panels and metal trims, is a new category in home exteriors the manufacturer says is intended to enable professionals and homeowners to modernize home exteriors with contemporary claddings suiting a range of house styles. Launched in May 2021, the panels are currently available in select markets in three textures: Hardie Smooth Sand Panel, Hardie Multi-Groove Panel, and Hardie Knockdown Panel, all of which will be available nationally in early 2022. Click for more info
