Home Prices in Puget Sound Higher than Ever Before

Komo News reports that Puget Sound saw a historic spike in home prices, and real estate experts say buyers are willing to spend even more.

On average, homes in the area are more expensive than during the housing boom of 2007. Real estate agents say it’s not uncommon to see a packed open house even in the middle of the work day.
