N.C. job growth outpaces construction
A National Association of Realtors report indicates that job growth in North Carolina has grown faster than new home construction, according to the Charlotte Business Journal. The ratio of new jobs to new single-home construction starts in the state was 1.5 jobs for every home over the three-year period ending first-quarter 2014.
